Purchases & subscriptions
- Refunds: refunds depend on where you bought. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Managing a subscription: cancel or change your plan in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play > Payments & subscriptions (Android).
- An itinerary didn’t unlock? Your purchase is tied to your Tripper account and returns when you sign in — no restore needed. If it still hasn’t appeared, email us and we’ll sort it out; you won’t need to buy again.
