Refunds & Cancellations

How refunds work depends on where you bought. Find your purchase below.

Bought on the App Store (Apple)

Apple is the seller of record. Refunds are handled by Apple, not Tripper. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or in Settings > Apple Account > Purchase History. We can’t issue or deny Apple refunds, but contact [email protected] if an itinerary didn’t unlock.

Bought on Google Play (Google)

Purchases go through Google Play. You can request a refund at play.google.com/store/account, subject to Google Play’s refund policies. For purchase problems, contact [email protected] and we’ll help where we can.

Bought on tripperlife.com (Tripper, web)

Web sales are a planned future feature. When available, we ([COMPANY LEGAL NAME]) are the seller of record for web purchases, processed by Stripe. Until then, purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play (see above).

EU / EEA / UK consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal

You have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because we deliver the itinerary immediately, this right ends once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement (given at checkout). This does not affect your statutory rights to content that conforms to its description. A model withdrawal form is provided at web checkout.

Legal review required: this EU/EEA/UK withdrawal section applies to the future Tripper web checkout only. Today, EU purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, whose own consumer-refund terms apply. Counsel must confirm the withdrawal wording and the immediate-delivery waiver before any web checkout launches.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don’t pro-rate partial periods. Cancel via your store: Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play > Payments & subscriptions (Android). Deleting your Tripper account does not cancel a store subscription — cancel it in the store first.
